Guess I missed this post a while back, pretty cool thread though.

If the name/picture didn't give it away, I'm a conductor for a smaller railroad in Wisconsin.

I'm an aspiring writer. Read that as: I do whatever crap job is available at the time (currently pizza delivery) and cross my fingers that things will get better 'once I've sold a book'.

I have been an Airframe Structural Mechanic, an unlicensed electrician, a Junior Network Administrator, a Web Designer, most recently back to unlicensed electrician, with construction mostly on it's back in the current economy, I'm now back in school. I'm seeking an AS degree in AutoCAD/Drafting and hope to get on the 'front end development' of the construction money cycle, instead of the 'build back end'.

I guess I'll throw in here.

I am a consultant with a large company providing operations management services in hospitals (mainly) and large companies all over the USA. We focus on environmental services, facilities management, and business and industry services. I'm currently at a small hospital managing environmental services and supporting a wide variety of activities at the hospital. I really enjoy the infection control aspects of my job.

I love this job and plan on doing it for a while.

We had a scandal here in Chicagoland with ambulance company while ago,
one of the EMT's was fired for something and he ratted out his buddy for undressing and fondling an unconscious black womens genitals while transporting her from an auto
accident.I guess curiousity got the better of him.She sued of course. Razz

I am currently in my twenty-first year as a "Lawman". I have been on the County, State, and currently Federal end of Law Enforcement. My primary job is working as the Primary Tactical Instructor for my agency. I also do "Personal Protection" & Tactical / Firearms Training on the side. I'm in a place in my life where I can actually say I love my job. I am glad to be "off the beat" and enjoy my Monday to Friday schedule and really like having EVERY SINGLE HOLIDAY OFF!!!! America is truly a WONDERFUL country! Stay Safe!
