Interesting thread. Funny thing is I was thinking it would probably be guys here. Really wish I could have attended TJ's Smoker but I just wasn't in a position to do so at the time. I know a lot of great times were had and bonds built. To me that would be more important than idle chat with someone famous.

No big deal on the picture, we just have to abide by our host's rules and it's better to err on the side of safe.

After long and careful consideration, the three that I have chosen are:

1) My Granddaddy Garner, because he was like a second father to me... and I miss him terribly!!

2) My Pa Danner, because I have some apologies I would like to make... and I miss him terribly!!

and

3) General Robert E. Lee, because I was named after him... and, my grandfathers and I would love hearing him tell stories about his time as a Southern General who had a deep concern for his men.

Robert

Just three is hard because there are so many but at the moment I think it would be:

1) Donn Pearce
2) Hemingway
3) Tolkien

Depending on my mood I might sub in Gandhi, Jesus, Einstein, C.S. Lewis.........
