It's a bit premature, but close enough for government work. Let's hear 'em.

(always fun to check a year from now)

This year I'm gonna do my best to do a complete overhaul head to toe. Gonna get back in shape, be a better student, better job (with some luck), be a better brother/friend/boyfriend. It's a heavy load but I've been weeding out distractions lately, so whenever I find myself bored I'm gonna turn to these things. Hopefully I'll be a changed man a year from now!

Thanks! I guess we'll find out with time! Oh, silly me, I forgot to add something. Expand my pipe and tobacco collection, but it doesn't have to be New Years for that, now does it?!?

I'm going to try to start acting more like an adult. I'm almost forty but live like a damn 21 year old. So I need to start taking better care of myself and be more financially responsible.

I used to have a New Year's Eve ritual of making a list of resolutions in younger years. It always included giving up cigarettes. I could never follow through on any New Year's resolutions, so I smartened up and stop making them.

BTW, I haven't smoked cigarettes for years, mainly because I got into pipes more seriously Very Happy

Well, it's adios to the occasional cigarette that became the 4 or 6 a day,,,other than that I'm good to go,,,
Well, I could lose a few pounds,,,but that's it,,,
Well, maybe a little work on a healthier diet,,,,OK, I'm done,,,

Well, I suppose I should finish the guest bath. The wife says a five gallon bucket is fine for MY family, but not hers,,(it's the raging hormones talking)

The only other thing is cutting down on the time I spend on this computer,,,, cyclops

Hope you all have a great year, find some peace of mind, and enjoy life.

I hear ya!! It´s funny, I´m pretty happy the way things are for me. Lots of resolutions means you aren´t living the way you want during the year....

Get started in my career (actually land a job in my field, not just education), be a better friend, improve my character, continue to try more tobaccos/expand my collection, and perhaps look into pipe making.

PostSubject: Stop being a fatso   Wed Jan 05, 2011 9:48 pm

For me it's to stop being a lazy fatso and get healthy so I can live a long life and enjoy my little boy.

My wife bought the XBox Kinnect and I have to say, Kinnect Sports can be a serious workout. I love the boxing, kicks my arse.

Smile
