| It looks to me what the mayor actually ordered was that vendors on city property will no longer sell soft drinks with sugar.Nobody's going to get popped by the Vice Squad for drinking a Mr. Pibb in the park.
The free market and a few actuarial tables will quickly sort out whether or not this was a good move.

Yes, smoking is still allowed on the common, but who knows for how long???
As a matter of fact the annual hemp festival which should be happening soon will surely smoke up the common. LOL
