PostSubject: BOBAAG - BoB Acronym and Abbreviation Guide    Sat Dec 03, 2011 1:13 pm

This is a far-from-complete list of acronyms, abbreviations and terms commonly used on BoB and elsewhere in online pipe and tobacco culture. The purpose is to help familiarize newcomers with the harrowing task of discovering tobaccos, but has other miscellany as well. While information is king, personal research is the housecarl. This is a casual conversation reference only.

Acronyms and abbreviations may or may not contain ampersands, spaces, variations, repeats and various capitalization used by others. Use at your own risk.

If something needs to be added, is archaic, is misused or just plain wrong, please let me know.

Update:

Added a lot more stuff courtesy cakeanddottle over on the Tamp and Puff forum, who is comprising a similar list.

Also, added a forum-friendly intro with less talkative garbage from yours truly.

Please, keep the suggestions coming, they've been great. Cool
