After the holiday season has wound down, and your new years hangover has subsided, what's on your wish list for the new year?

World peace, losing 125 lbs, and untold wealth and wisdom. Oh, and free corncobs for life.

Ummm we are all ignorant people. The funny thing about it is the more knowledge attained the greater awareness of ignorance.

Ignorant was a poor choice of a word by me, what I should have used was stupid.

Wow, you guys all wish for stuff you ain't never gonna get Laughing

I'll keep it pipe related, since this is a pipe board and I'm prolly not gonna get that threeway with Lady Gaga and Eva Mendes that I asked Santa for. Sidenote to the brethren, yes, you can get forcefully removed from the mall for sitting on Santa's lap, oggling the elves and asking the big guy for hookup help. Whodathunkit?

Anyhow, what were we talking about?....... Oh yeah, pipes. For 2012 I'd like to add several lucite stemmed Peterson pipes in their more interesting shapes, like some of the B shapes, and the Sherlock Holmes shapes (hoping they start doing this, lucite on the SH series). I have a solid collection of Stanwells, and I'd like to put together a solid collection of Pete's, with racks for each. These to me are the best pedestrian, middle class joe pipes out there that still have a lot of flair, value and presence. As for Tobacco, I'd like to build up my burley cellar with many tins of Wessex Burley Slices, more jars of Uhle's 00 and Perfection Plug, and some odds and ends for variety. I'd also like to add a few pounds of SG Medium Virginia and Skiff.

Would be a hell of a year if I could pull that off. And I'd probably be set for the rest of my days too.

A Rad Davis cherrywood and a substantial raise. Y'know, so I can pay for the pipe! Laughing

Update: although not a cherrywood, I got the Rad. Now all I need is the raise!

Bullocks. I'm hoping for vitality in my business! I'm pretty sure it'll happen eventually, I just want it sooner or later. Laughing
