Eff that, I kind of want to ruin PB with a mass bombing, just because he'll get all sourpuss and whatnot. Laughing

It seems so obvious...everybody gets the PM containing the name and address of the target...the target gets a PM with the name and address of someone else.

The other obvious thing is that everybody has to keep their friggin' mouths shut. That's kinda basic too. Anyone compromising official state secrets will be summarily court marshalled...and found guilty...and drummed out of the Squadron. (It's like the lead-in to the old "Branded" series where they rip the strips off the guy's sleeve.) Um, there would also be a drum roll. I like drum rolls. Followed by the sound of a large lever being pulled and then a trap door opening and finally the sound of a heavy weight's downward acceperation being abruptly stopped. So no cute little comments or clues of whatever. Just zip it...or SWING! lol (So, I wonder what perverted comments THAT will generate?)

No, that was me. You really do need to actually go back and see who wrote what and the directions given for 'list continuation'.

I wrote out a bunch of ideas and told guys to add to it by copying the most recent list and doing a paste and then adding whatever they wanted so I wouldn't have to start doing it. Self reliance...that's the ticket!

By the way...I'll take a half dozen of the MR BICs. But just the logo, not the customer photos.

I wonder whatever happened to April?

Thank You, PB! Seemed like the most logical way to keep it in suspense. Anyone on the list and not getting a target would immediately become suspicious - and might question why...

Yeah - suspicious is the least of it...of course the one guy that didn't get a name and address would start mass posting and yelling and jumping up and down waving their arms and if it was Kyle they would 'rage quit' the forum and all that...maybe a couple of times! lol

Gee...what if I said I had PM'd out the name and address...but didn't! To ANYONE!!! Oh...distorted extreme levels of glee! The place would just go friggin' bananas! Mass hysteria! A rain of toads! Cats and dogs sleeping together! Puros Bran being a normally congenial person! No...wait...belay that last one. <snicker> Some things are just TOO far out there. Whew! I feel better. There ARE some things you can trust in...depend on...proves there is 'rightness' in the world after all.

OK - got another one!

I initially thought of putting a limit to the number of guys invovled in this...but on considering why there should be a limit it occured to me that it was because I didn't want to DEAL with so many. Well, that seemed just a little selfish...so I went ahead and kept adding guys to the roster as they identified themself as being interested.

And we have a new one to add; so here's the latest total roster:

The Glorious BoB Bombers:

1. Rob in MO
2. Kyle Weiss
3. Hunter1127
4. kieveryuu
5. Lesath
6. MisterE
7. zunismoke
8. boxerbuddy
9. itsKot
10. ruggles
11. Mozjo33
12. Cuervo 25_1
13. christeaux
14. GuitarMyFriend
15. Pipegeek
16. UberHuberMan
17. Jefe1037
18. DrT999
19. taharris
20. George Kaplan
21. Natch
22. Hater
23. EC Outlaw
24. cigar2you
25. sam a
26. Dave_In_Philly
27. s ireland
28. Blackhorse
29. your name here
30. your name here

Pretty dang amazing, I'm thinkin'!

You know...there is absolutely no reason
that we should not be really quite proud of ourselves
for this kind of showing.

Obviously we do this for fun.
But the fact that we find it fun to both honor and give to our own
clearly shows the caliber of members you guys are.

Blackhorse,

You have created a monster that has taken on a life of its own. Could you imagine the complete and utter bedlam that could be realized if this squadron put forth a maximum effort and grew to fifty or even one hundred for a single mission? We would become "Tobacco Terrorists," and the Department of Homeland Security or someone of significance might see the value of our consortium as a charitable tax-free entity serving the betterment of humanity, providing accolades to this fine organization. Why, one might ask? The USPS is on the brink, and we are doing our very best to save it, or at the least provide a work related accident for one of its representatives as they struggle to deliver plunder to a deserving member of a group that faces extreme discrimination. Sad

Whew! I need a pot of coffee, it's been one of those days.

Thankfully we are a geographically dispersed group. I figured when the BATF got wind of this (via the target lighting up all the plunder at once in a fit of uncontrolled glee) that they would try to stage a raid on the source. But...no can do. We'll all have returned from the bombing run and parked the Flying Fortresses in their camo covered hangers...invisible to the prying eyes of the greedy revenuers! Ha HA! They're never catch us. We're like Robert Mitchum in "Thunder Road"! More accurately it will have been..."Skies of Thunder!". Hey! I kinda like that...

Skies of Thunder !

You know the postal carrier is going to have one of those, "what in the hell," moments. Christmas in April? Birthday? Box collecter? This goes well beyond Christmas in a very humerous way. Everyone of us should remember if you ship priority mail, try to get your parcels close to the weight limit. I think the domestic large box is seventy pounds...

Yeah, I could see that causing a problem here too. Unless....

Unless I could talk HER into getting a new set of Knockers - implants that is...

Nah, she'd never go for it!

Updated List of Ideas:

1. t-shirts from some event or store or team or whatever.
2. pint beer glass from your favorite joint
3. BIC (or other) lighter from a place of 'unique interest' (like Mustang Ranch)
4. cool shot glasses
5. any item you make yourself
6. heck, we have a brewmaster here...send 'em the Ale to go in the glasses
7. pipe cleaning items...special cloths, solutions, goop, whatever
8. a 1963 Chevy Impalla Super Sport...either 327 or the 409
9. chocolate...just gettin' in good with wifey
10. OK...FINE...pipe tobacco you looked up and know the guys likes...or a related blend.
11. pipe tampers or pipe nails.
12. A set of knockers...the kind you stick in an ashtray...made of cork.
13. Mason jars or other seal-able containers.
14. decorations for man caves. (advertisements, pictures, artwork etc.)
15. gift certificates or codes, etc.

I like the man-cave decore idea! I've got a nice pipe calendar and maybe a pipe chart or something. Good thinkin'. Sports posters are likely NOT a good idea as they're only used if the target likes the team or sport or whatever.
