Dick Clark has died. Whose going to bring in the New Year now? I first saw him on American Bandstand in '56. Time marches on. Sad

Monbla,
Hard to believe it's been that long ago. Watching American Bamdstand after school on black and white TV, long before color!!!!
Many of the older artists can thank Dick Clark for promoting them on his show.
I guess I'm showing my age reminiscing about times long gone.
Just about the time I tried my first pipe......

Puros,
I guess that is what he lived for right to the bitter end. I agree that he should've given it up but that's me and you saying that. I have enough hobbies to keep me going forever. Apparently he didn't, his hobby and pastime was what he did his whole life.
Diffrnt strokes for diffrnt folks I guess.
Very Happy
