Brunch out at a fancy place, Printing up a few pictures of our daughter (six months old on wednesday!) and framing them. Stop by the jewelry store tomorrow and see if anything shiny catches my eye for good measure. Our first, so this is an Important one!

Oh yeah jefe! Maybe something the color of her eyes...two gems...one for the little one and one for her!

Maybe start one of those cool charm bracelets with a couple of things on it...says volumes about 'the future' and all.

Have fun big boy!

The kids are supose to do something for my wife. Now we are helping the grandaughter do some thing for her mom on this day. My mom lives in SC and Im in Alabama, so Im calling her in a little bit. Wish I could be there with her . I did get my wife one of those android tablets for mothers day and so far I did good.

Got up early and washed the dishes, cooked breakfast for her, sent her back to bed, tossed a pot roast in the crock for supper, vacuumed and threw the wash in. Housework sucks. Fed the grandkids, threw them in the shower, kicked them outdoors with some balloons, and made their beds. Housework sucks. Got their parents up to go to work, whipped up some chili for lunch later, folded clothes and put them away. Housework sucks.

Mrs. E announced that under no circumstances would we go outside. Mother's Day falls on a Thursday here and the tradition is to take Mom out to lunch. Between that and it being a normal business day for many, the traffic is unusually criminal. She didn't want any part of that. Instead, I got a dozen roses and Japanese food and the afternoon was spent watching movies. Cool

I also swore not to smoke Sextant at any point in the day. She thinks it smells like cow manure.
