A welcome to the new guys: welcome. Cool

fyi: Portlandia is hilarious. Sure, it exaggerates (it is comedy) but in a fun way. That said, I have a soft spot for McMinnville. Not just because of the air museum (http://www.evergreenmuseum.org/). The NW coastal area is amazing.

I had a first hand yet startleing......ok it dang near made me lose control of certain bodily funtions of one of those Apache helos. I was working on a house in Charlottesville Va, on a scoffold and I heard a helo. Thought nothing of it until it popped up over the trees right behind the house, they are amazingly quiet when there is only one of them. It was close enough that I could see the pilot and co pilot laughing their asses off at us because we was near shiteing ourselves Laughing I could also see that it was fully armed and ready for an attack if needed Shocked

If I'm wrong, let me know.

Momentary loss of signal. Have you loud and clear now, Blackhorse. Kaplan's "Kalamazoo Gal" is wheels-up and under way. Targeting data received. Weather is good. Board is green. In the pipe, five by five.

Dang Bombing Run !!!!

" MEDIC " !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been doing a little forge work , on an idea I have had for awhile, and while wire brushing a piece of hot steel, I slipped and singed my hand.
Its not bad, but its sorta yellow , like meat when it gets freezer burned.

So, I sure hope my little idea is worth the burn.

Military awards are given for line of duty inury only. If he was working on an item to send a target, then he gets the medal. If not...he might just get written up for sustaining an injury that could jeopardize the performance of his duties. Much as we all love the guy we have to be straight.

I guess we can see if it shows up in the rubble on Friday.

Last minute preps this afternoon, and the payload will be ready for transport.

Just as a reminder...bombs are supposed to arrive at their intended targets on FRIDAY!

I know this is basic, but I've had no less than four guys that I'd been PM'ing back and forth with happen to mention in passing that they would be putting their package into play on Monday...which would cause it to arrive on Wednesday. NO! I'm thinkin' that Wednesday would be the mail day for anything sent priority...maybe a day prior for 1st class.

And remember...EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO USE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & SEND THE NUMBER TO ME VIA PM!

Thanking you in advance...your beloved and inflexible Commander...BH.
