My spot is open for anyone who wants to fill it...sorry about the change-up. Jumped in without thinking. Good luck, airmen.

Cool

I'll update the roster again tomorrow guys, I'm just trying to work some stuff out. I honestly didn't think this would be as popular as its turned out to be, I thought I'd struggle to get 20. Now I'm trying to see if I can get it to work with more pilots - I don't want to leave people out if they'd like to participate. I'll get back to you!

I was pointed out that this is for Brothers of Briar Bomber members. I guess I need to see about that first.

Why not - I'll take #33!!

Aircraft 32 you say? Certainly!

I'll take lucky number thirteen if she's in need of a pilot!

Done and done.

As this is such a long range Op, if anyone needs to pull out just let me know and I'll adjust the roster up to the deadline. After the deadline there will be no new pilots allowed to be added. Actually I'll add that to the OP.

No Sir - 33

But 32 will work all the same. cheers

@Fishfuzz Adjusted your callsign for you... I hope it brings you luck!

@Winterland It's true, this is only for existing members of the bombing wing sorry. But I'd highly encourage you to talk to Blackhorse about joining in with the monthly bombing missions, they are a lot of fun and a great way to get to know your brothers here! So yes, talk to Blackhorse about joining. He's often quite approachable...

@George Kaplan Yep and you're in Aircraft 12, callsign BoBCAT 14 Smile

@Mozjo33 I know, I was just messing with you. Changed your plane number as requested.

@idbowman Yep, you're in 3 as requested.

@Dave_In_Philly Sorry mate, I cant explain properly about this event without spoiling the game at the moment, so a bit of confusion is to be expected. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Expanded the roster to add 5 new planes (hardly any blood on them) for latecomers / infrequent visitors. Updated in the OP and copied here.

Thought I'd offer up my best wishes for brother Greyson and the new squadron. God speed to all

It's not a new squadron - it's a special mission for the existing squadron.

So, we have a bunch of people volunteering for a mysterious mission where we have no idea what we're doing.

Sounds pretty normal What a Face

My apologies commander. I really have to switch over to nyquil instead of the dayquil. I always end up with foot in mouth disease when I take the non drowsy junk. Best of luck to all on this new mission.

And my knolege of this is fuzzy, but I thought US military radio protocol was for the *name*six designation to be reserved for the commander of that unit? It might only be Marines, or only Vietnam era... or I might have made it up entirely. Who knows!

Nope, you're 100% correct! "Six" or "Actual" is radio-speak for commander of a unit. Wink

Can't wait to see what you have in store for us!
