Hey BoB - I've only been here a short while and I am so glad I joined.  You are truly a fantastic group of people and thank you for the warm welcome and the great birthday wishes.  I did something I do every year.  This year I called it my 50-50-50.  I do 50 exercises, 50 lbs with 50 reps each.  The number of exercise and weight wasn't too bad the reps were a killer.  The workout took me exactly 2:55 min to complete this year. I capped it off with a hard 50 min cardio run.  Then I ate breakfast, went shooting with my girl and then hit a movie.  A great day.  I smoked a nice bowl of Moto Dulce too.  Cheers everyone.

Wow,
That's one heck of a workout regimen. Mine is similar but Icall it 5-5-5
5 exercises, 5 reps, 5 pounds. I use a 5 pound bag of potatoes, without the potatoes. lol!

If I start training now I might be able to do that by the time I'm 50! Right now my workout regimen consists of throwing blocks of briar across the room and cursing when something goes wrong. I used to be in great shape then I got married. (that's my story and I'm sticking to it)

Thanks everyone. I think almost anyone can do this if they put their mind to it. I think I'll be able to do this for a lot more years but it just may take a while to get it all done.

My birthday is soon. I plan on do several arm bends (for my whiskey glass) and thumb exercises by filling my pipe with some Hobbits Weed that was supplied by a good friend.
