That Brown Pigtail sounds awesome! Gonna have to some day.

Gonna have to sweet-talk a Brother who has some stashed away, it's not easy to get. Special order only, and only from one place that requires a 5lb minimum.

Cool

You want to give yourself the proper experience first time around, I'd avoid the sweetened ropes, go straight for the jugular and get yourself some Happy Bogie: http://www.gqtobaccos.com/gawith-hoggarth-brown-happy-bogie/pipe-tobaccos/

I have had some pretty strong cigars as well as some stout pipe blends in the past.Hopefully the samples wont make me cry like a little girl. I am looking forward to trying new baccy no matter the outcome.

Well, if you'd like a more coarse version you could always try the Brown Irish, it's pretty much the same as Happy Bogie but less outer wrapper due to it being a thicker rope of course, I like both but I prefer Happy Bogie.

There's some stuff there to keep you warm this winter. I like ropes. I bought a bunch of the brown Irish sliced. But it seems different than when I slice it. All about the preparation.
