Dammit, I keep looking for that type and all I can find are the circular ones, usually with the tobacco container missing. Nice find.

Dunno how some of you guys score things like this. Really.

Out here in the Socialist Republik of WA state, no right minded politically correct law abiding citizen would dream of selling any tobacco related paraphernalia lest it upset the prime directive of protecting the chillin'. Which is of course the main thing.

Ya I'm a bitter old curmudgeon sometimes, and pardon me for letting my sparks fly on a thread which was not meant to garner controversy. My bad for letting my imagination rule.

John, I salute your score. Sincerely. Nothing like that would ever happen where I live.

'nuff said.........

Cheers,

RR

Same here. They are great for small pipes but you need the cut-outs for larger ones.

I feel your pain Brewdude, I live in Tacoma, and like to smoke outside sometimes. the accusatory looks, people give you when your harmlessly puffing a pipe on the sidewalk somewhere. You would think you spat in their faces. We have a pretty good collection of antique shops here in grit-city, but essentially bare of any tobacciana. Alas, I am stuck for about another 15 months, then back to Oregon for grad school (not much better), and once there, staying put.
