Right now (and I don't care if these are pre '07 or not, they're some of my favorites).

Seattle Pipe Club Plum Pudding
GLP Telegraph Hill

Very close runner up: GLP Fillmore

I'd also take the TH, and I'd also have Fillmore as the first to miss the cut.  I'd probably swap out the Plum Pudding for McC's Blackwoods Flake, though.

Ian, I'm pretty sure it was your TH review on tr.com that turned me on to this stuff! And yes, blackwoods flake is another great blend! I think our pallets think alike.

Easy: SPC's Plum Pudding and McClelland's 3 Oaks Syrian. I imagine both will be nixed.

While there are a number of (likely) post-2007 blends I really like, I think all of my favorites are pre-2007. The one blend I'd miss the most if it were unavailable for any reason would be GH Brown Flake Unscented; after that, it gets complicated!

Honestly, I am amazed that people can answer with only 2 choices. I am still incapable to decide. And it's driving me nuts. lol!

Guy, I'm smoking a pipe over 47 years so I too have many tobaccos I enjoy. But, it's just a scenario if tobacco apocalypse hits, what TWO tobaccos can you not live without. Can be a bulk or tin. It was hard for me but I came up with my two, and I enjoy many!!! My main point is to make pipe smokers aware of future possibilities and STOCK UP THEIR CELLAR. What I'm really disappointed about is NO more new blends from McC, C&D or GLP. It would be to costly for the tobacco manufacturers to get each and every blend approved from the FDA.
YOU GET MY POINT IM SURE.

KEEP ON PUFFING!!!

Lord Coyote, I do get your point. And I do hear you.
That is why, in real life, I am furiously stashing up on all my favorite tobaccos to make it until the day I drop dead.
Because I know what's coming down towards us, ultimately.
I will be able, in 5 or 6 years time, to smoke my pipe in peace on my front porch, my yard, in my house, on our beach; and to give our dear governments, the Finger.
I am SO totally looking forward to that. Very Happy

Lord G. -- Your post reminds me of a comment by Samuel Johnson, who doted on his roast beef and may have been the ultimate Anglican. One Friday evening, He was gnawing away on a piece of beef so enthusiastically that fellow diners observed his manifest enjoyment. He replied: "Sir, I wish I were a papist, for I'd then have the enjoyment of my beef as well as the pleasure of sinning."

I would honestly choose, (In my current mood), Storm Front and Cornell and Diehl's Kajun Kake.

I know that you smoked cobs before we became friends but i am happy to have noticed over the years that you have added more cobs to your rotation and collection.... i totally hope you got some.of your love for the MM from me.  I have this really fond memory of that night quite a.few years ago. It was a chilly Michigan autumn evening and you and i were at the dog park with shisha. We both had MM bowls packed with Stormfront. We found an old baseball and were trying to get Shisha to play fetch with us but that little git just wouldnt have it. We ended up clenching our pipes and playing catch bare handed . The chill in the air making our hands sting as we caught the ball. I honestly still have that tore up baseball floating around my house.  My Review... Stormfront is a great blend... but Every brand and blend tastes better when enjoyed in the presence of a good friend.

How in the heck did I miss this? That was an awesome evening until Shisha got cold so we had to cut our pipes short!
