I had this bird and got it to 20 or so pounds. Then a friend of mine said they wanted to breed it so I let them try. About hmm a year later they called me said want this turkey for thanksgiving day and I said sure but what's it weight well........
Butchered and head neck feet and guts out it was about 75 pounds and that's no hormones nothing it's love and fruit and grains. So now it's smomeing

Arky, I tend too also agree with Richard Burley...this I have to see in a picture. I'm older then you and have seen it all, like a pig that weighed just over 1,100 pounds. Could no longer get up and walk. It's owner had to shot it where it sat. That I saw with my own eyes. But a 75 pound turkey Question Question Question
Are you sure it was not a small pig.....lol

KEEP ON PUFFING!!!

Arky, gotta hijack your thread for a second... i have a lot of family from the city and every summer they would come up for a week and stay.  Now at this point we had got rid of our milking operation on the farm and had three horses 15 hogs and about 20 head of white face and black baldies ... one morning my mom was cooking breakfast for them all... we had canadian bacon , eggs and toast.... my 3 cousins from the city inquired where on an animal does the canadian bacon come from.... with out missing a beat i took them to the hog barn and pointed out our boar.... this boar had the biggest "coin purse" i have seen EVER... i kid you not the sack on this hog would put a bulls to shame.... and i said " well canadian bacon was invented during the great depression... ALL THE MEAT WAS USED!!! "and about that time the boar turned around to take a drink and that coin purse was a swingin... their faces looked as a mans does when he finally meets the reaper....   the eldest cousin Sean bent over and started heaving breakfast up.... to say the least this event happened 16 or 17 years ago.... HES STILL CONVINCED THATS WHERE IT COMES FROM!!!! Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil
