Yuppers, time for another round of company from the 'neighbors'!

Must have choices! Adventurous and otherwise sumptuous offerings from the Wizard's kitchen.....

For the Vegans, Veggie stir fry over Jasmine rice and truffles...

My plate..

And for the less adventurous carnivores, the signature double crust meat pie from Hell!!!

A bottle of Daiginjō-shu for the sushi eating drinker(s)(Pretty much just me), Kirin beer for the others, which tastes remarkably like the Budweiser that one of the guests brought..... Home made Elderberry wine brought by someone else, and enough tea to float an elephant's bladder across the Pacific...

Eat hearty! cheers

OW

Well done, a feast for a King! Something tells me you have that passion for cooking. Boy could we make some fabulous dishes together one day. Basically now all I can eat is fresh fish and vegetables. Enjoy your meal and be well.

Made my own pasta and garlic bread from scratch last week for my grandchildren. Home made sauce with sausage fresh ricotta and mozzarella cheese and baked in the oven. I cheated and had a little...lol
Ended up with only a half tray for leftovers.

KEEP ON PUFFING!!!

That looks great LC! Almost went that direction today, as it was breezy and cool. (Comparatively speaking).. I looked at the pasta maker and thought it might be a whole day in the kitchen making lasagna...

Well done on using Ricotta! So many people out there substitute cottage cheese for it... Makes things all runny to me Evil or Very Mad

Grandkids I know can eat their weight in food! It doesn't surprise me they put the hurt on your pans. It's a testament to the skill of the cook when there is little remaining. Good job Gramps! cheers
