I recently received a wonderful Brad Pohlmann John Bull and although I think that its an amazing looking pipe I'd like to comment on her smoking qualities. I had a chance today to spend about 2 hours with this pipe for her maiden voyage, the tobacco of choice was GL Pease Fillmore (one year in the tin). From the charring light to the bottom of the bowl this pipe performed flawlessly, the draw can only be described as perfect, their was absolutely no hint of moisture present during the entire smoke, not in the bottom of the bowl nor the bit. Brad must have some exceptionally well seasoned briar as I detected no harshness or sharpness , I opted not to have a bowl coating applied so it was just briar and tobacco, man what a wonderful smoking experience. All in all if I had to give this pipe a grade it would have to be an A+. Well done Brad....

Specs:
Length : 6"
Height : 2 "
Bowl diameter: 13/16 (.812)
weight: 66 grams
