Evening Bros.

Just got back from Austin. My Doberman Rommel and I did about six miles today on the hike and bike trail along Town Lake. Arrived home and opened my order of Penzance, filled the Stanna and put the rest in Kerr jars. Lit off the Barbie, the Stanna and have two Rib Eyes and a few stuffed Ancho peppers on the grill. Have the Stanna in postion and a Miller in hand. Doesnt get any better.

Outstanding, but I am doing chicken gizzards and Old Crow, even more outstanding! Very Happy Not out in the woods saluting a Confederate Battle flag as PB might suggest. Laughing

Honestly, nothing beats a good ribeye! I might have to differ with you on the domestic piss water. Very Happy

Had to pay back for having last week off by working most of today. Polished off the last couple of grams out of a 10 gram tin of Wilsons snuff, no time even for a pipe so far. Wife came home from work with a pizza, cold Bud in the fridge to go with it. Not a ribeye or even a fryer of gizzards but will taste good just the same. Time for a pipe and some sippin' whiskey as soon as it starts to cool off outside.

Justpipes, you are a man after my own heart. You can't beat a plate of gizzards. Enjoy

My day was a little more similar to Hunter's lol, but all in all a good day. It's down to the upper 70's, and I think I'm going to go enjoy a pipe outside.

Well I'd better turn in for the day. I'm smoking pork ribs tomorrow and want to get started early. Problem is I can't decide between mesquite, hickory or applewood. Oh, no matter they'll be savorously wonderful with some taters, fried leeks and fennel.

Go Netherlands, beat Spain!

I love a good ribeye sandwich. My Saturday was slowed by the rare headache (I might get 2-3 a year). But I enjoyed family time around the house. Glad yours was such a blast!!!
