Congratulation and enjoy your retirement! I am sure you have earned it!

Looks like a great place, and I have to admit I'm a little jealous. Of course, being a man of only 34 I've probably got quite a few more years before I can consider such a thing myself.

Happy paddling!

Hey Winslow, heres what you'll need for getting around the lake. Looks like you can just peddle around smoking and fishing.

*Sorry, babe not included.

I won't believe I live there until we close on the house.I thought I'd have a small one
story house in a quiet place and that would have been O.K. But to be able to live in
such an area was beyond my dreams. There is abundant bass fishing there and I can
spend my dotage drowning worms and smoking pipes. Cool

Maybe you will learn the finer art of artificials (lures) and fly casting--not just drowning worms Laughing

The key is, ENJOY!!! cheers

My brother is an Auburn grad too and he got quite a chuckle from seeing it.
Glad you enjoyed it!

I was fishing about 10 years ago in a lake just outside Fort McCoy
Wisconsin, home of an A-10 ground attack fighter wing. The pilots were
using our little boat as a point to line up on for simulated strikes. It got
very annoying and scary after it went on and on.They would line up on us
and come straight for us,then break away about 150 yards from our boat.
It doesn't pay to be the only boat in the lake at the time. affraid
All the details of packing and moving and closing are making the rest of
my hair fallout.God,I used to have a 28" waist and a full head of hair! Laughing

I think that Auburn Engineering picture should have the predictable caption

"Hold my damned cold beer. Hey y'all watch this" on it somewhere Twisted Evil

You have insulted me and all Auburn University alumni by insinuating that the above pic is an Auburn Engineering graduate.
That is clearly a Bammer Eng grad if I have ever seen one.
