| As you guys know there has been an forum outage most of the day today. What happened was the service provider moved over to a new company to run their servers. That started the original problems of slow downs and outages that lasted most of the week. They got tired of the new company not being able to provide the horsepower they promised so today they made the decision to move to new servers again. Some how in that move some settings got messed up concerning some back end stuff. We were all kind of left in the dark waiting for it to just come back. Well I did some looking into it and messed around to get it back up again on my own. As you've probably already noticed we are running a different version of bulletin board software. This may just be a temporary change if they get stuff figured out but I figured it was better this than no forum at all for the time being. I'll try to keep everyone updated as I find out more. _________________ Jason

| Thanks for the update. Site is working better and faster than it has in quite awhile. Just for feedback, I'm still getting an occasional (roughly 1 in every 15 page loads) DNS error, but reloading the page has worked each time that occurred. |

| Another quick update. In experimenting around I'm pretty sure of the problems that need to be fixed by our hosting provider. It appears as the web server permissions are too restrictive and/or Apache modules needed for full functionality are not enabled. It basically stops some functions or doesn't understand what to do with the others. I'm assuming this will take some time to get all figured out being I've had the pleasure of troubleshooting issues like this and it can be quite complex. In the meantime we'll keep the current working configuration being it at least allows us to function. If you find anything specific as far as problems feel free to post them here and I'll make a checklist. Then as they start working I can check them off and address the ones that don't get fixed. _________________ Jason
