Made a funny and practical discovery recently here. I had put a 1/4 lb of tobacco in one of my airtight resealable tins (courtesy of Bed Bath and Beyond) with a moist napkin to remoisturize. It was breaking-apart dry. By accident I left it atop the clothesdryer when my wife set it to run. By the end of the cycle- completely humidified!! Total time 0:35!! I guess the heat from the dryer sped up the process. Pretty cool!

Its weird how things like that just happen huh. Smile At home science at it's best! I got one of those humidifying moisture pillow things today for an unnamed house mixed english blend I picked up today. You stick the pouch in water for 20 seconds and put it in its little vented bag. Then you place the deal into your tobacco bag, tin. seems to be working for the most part. This stuff was dry too. The lady almost did not want to sell it to me lol.

I've had good luck with the cigar moisture pillows as well. It renewed some (irreplaceable) ERR that I'd left partially uncovered through my own carelessness. Just checked it every half hour and shook up the tin a bit.
