Greetings

I've got a question about one of my pipes.

It's a Ben Wade – 10W Walnut Briar (Made in Leeds) which I'm trying to find some data about and I thought that perhaps some of you folks might be able to enlighten me about it a bit. I've done a bit of research on Ben Wade in general, but been unable to find any specific information on this particular pipe. Any help would be appreciated.

Looking at the company history I think it's safe to say that your pipe was made before 1965 being it still has the "Made in Leeds" stamp....

Thanks jhuggett,

Yeah, I've been there, but the information there still left me with some questions, such as, if this is a rare/collectible pipe, model history, among others.

Also, it seems to me from what little I've been able to glean, that there is some abiguity regarding the desireability of Ben Wade pipes.

In any case, again, thanks.

No problem, sorry I couldn't be of more help but I don't know much about the brand either. I'm sure there is some expertise out there though.
